Same old game I loved playing with my friends 10 years ago. Super fun multiplayer with up to 4 people and surprisingly smart A.I. for playing alone, too.It works fine with Xbox 360.I have huge nostalgia for this game and I still think it’s a forgotten gem of the classic Xbox days. No one seems to have heard of Whacked because Presto Studios went bankrupt right after. Too bad they never got to make a sequel with new characters and story. :(The graphics are really good for such an old game. The cutscenes have nice CGI and the stages are all well done.This game is super fun with friends, (even though I usually win). The characters are so funny too, saying sarcastic remarks when they die or hilariously screaming when you knock them across the map with a baseball bat.This game goes along with Mario Party and Halo as my favorite couch coop games.
I love this game, I played as a kid, and I am so glad I found it, for $4 bucks too! I reccomend this game for kids over 12+ there is crude humor, and some sexual language and cussing, but it is a hilarious game!I LOVE IT!
My roommate bought this game for his XBox the other day, and we had a couple friends over last night to play it.. we were laughing uncontrollably for hours!The graphics and play are great, but the smart-a$$ comments by the contestants and the rather hilarious ways you get them to pummel each other (the taser has to by my favorite) will keep you rolling for hours.This game is definitely NOT for kids – innuendos and double entendres ABOUND, not to mention the mostly-naked female contestant (the source of most of the saucy lines) ..Haven’t tried playing it online yet but I’m sure that will be a lot of fun too. Great game!
Whacked is a fun game…with a gory sense of humor. Definantly NOT for kids under 10, this game is a blast…when taken the right way.1. Gameplay: Extremely fun, and VERY addicting! The basic story mode in this game (titled Game Show Mode) is where 7 contestants go on a game show with a “Whacky” host. You pick a character to fight as (each a little bit…odd in his or her own way) and then pick an arena to fight in. Once everything is set up (Type of game, how long, etc…) you are ready to kicked some major…rear!…Now, you have a health meter at the top of your screen, a thing to keep track of your “whacks”, and a meter at the bottom showing everyones score. The way you wack someone is by either: A) Getting a weapon of some sort (over 30; ranging from baseball bats, egg shooters, rubber ducky grenades, rocket launchers, and even electrical shockers) and using it against your enemy. For example, if u get a baseball bat, you can swing it by pushing the B button. Hitting someone will knock them for what seems like miles. Clearly the strongest weapon in the game, you can knock people out of the playing arena and watch them fly away. Connecting on two or three will boost your score and give you an awsome feeling. Another weapon u can get is an egg shooter, which is like a gun. It shoots dozens of eggs at your oppenant, and eventually, kills them. The whole game is soooo fast and furious, it adds up in the end to be a WHOLE lot of fun.You can aslo jump and “glide” a.
Ok, here’s the situation. You just got Xbox Live and you want a good game. Whacked! is the game to get. As most people have heard from Official Xbox Magazine discs that you get a huge prize in the end. You can pick from Lucy, Toof, Lucky, Charity, Lance, Otto, and Eugene. You can unlock many weapons, and many game types. Trophy game where you hold the trophy for 60 seconds and stars where you get a certain amount of stars. This is a great game! Next is Kung Fu Chaos or Unreal.
Long story short:Story mode is amazingly funGame is best enjoyed with multi-playerNot as fun alone, by far.
