He loved it! I’m happy I was able to find a video game in working, decent order online!I’m very skeptical about buying disks online since someone may have it completely banged up and not say so, but was very impressed!
Bought this forbmy older son. He really likes the game
fun game
The game is classic sega! I played this on the 1st XBOX and I got my 9 year old son hooked to the gameplay. It’s such an original title that it was way ahead of it’s time for a skating game. I was glad that I wad able to find it online! The game was in excellent condition for a used game.
Sega’s Jet Set Radio Future is the 2002 sequel to the Dreamcast game Jet Set Radio. This time around Sega released Jet Set Radio Future for Microsoft’s Xbox video game console system. Developer Smilebit pretty much takes the original Dreamcast game and creates a reboot/reinvisioning of that Dreamcast game. The cel-shaded animation was an improvement over the original game and gives this Xbox release from Sega a daring and innovative art design. Later console games will make use of this animation technique but none did it better than Smilebit with Jet Set Radio Future. The game takes place in Tokyo in the near-future where freedom of expression, especially of the artistic nature, has been supressed by an all-powerful corporation which has influenced and/or infiltrated the government. The gameplay is simple in that the player must go around the city and tag specific areas. In order to create these graffiti artwork the player must find and collect graffiti souls that have been put in different locations around the city. To move the game’s storyline forward the player must complete a set of missions per stage and when done successfully unlocks the next set and so on and so forth. The music for JSRF is a nix eclectic mix of techno/house/remixes. The best part of the game is actually the soundtrack and some songs could only be unlocked when certain stages or goals are met.2002’s Jet Set Radio Future was a very good game with an innovative game design in addition to a nice techno sou.
Having owned the game Jet Grind Radio for the Sega Dreamcast, and finding it overly addicting. I had to go out and buy the XBox version of it…now called Jet Set Radio Future.Graphics are immensely improved, as well as gameplay…and I can tell you this…gameplay is not as frustrating as the DC version. This is one of games that shows you what the X-Box can really do. There is a lot more scenery…it makes the experience much more immersive in my opinion! The gameplay is much simpler, and more fun to play…There are not any time limits, special combos that you must achieve in order to fully complete the graffitti that you create. And actually, you are not as bombarded by the police as ruthlessly as the DC version…some might find this a let down. Although I am not missing the time limits.I have not yet tried the multiplayer, so I really couldn’t give much on that. Although internet connectivity is missing in this version, unlike the DC versionThere are a few things that are annoying…with it’s simplicity of player control, it sometimes causes some annoying tricks (or grinds) to be performed. Before you really had to get the timing right to grind a pole, edge, or anything…now it’s along the lines of walk up to it…and you are grinding.Despite some of the flaws, it still overall is a very addicting and fun game…I whole heartedly recommend it, even if you are not really into the rollerblade/graffitti type situation. It’s a very hard to put down type game!
I was expecting a long delivery process but the game came for me in a couple of days right before I had to go back to college. Game had no scratches just like they said and works perfectly!
This was a gift for my son and it was hard to find a good copy at a fair price. I purchased a copy and couldn’t be happier with it. The product arrived early and was in perfect condition. 5 stars all day!!
This was my first game I played besides Halo on my Xbox back in the day. It has an excellent soundtrack and interesting world that you can explore with a very distinct style and character that is almost impossible to find in games today. I wish they would release a remastered version of it for the xbox one as I would love to experience it again.
