I I should have written this sooner…I AM SOOOOO HAPPY with the order. I ordered this as a Christmas gift and not only was it on time, but it was packaged neatly with encouraging instructions. On Dec. 26th, my spouse tried connecting to our newer television and we couldn’t figure it out. Our first thought was we needed something more to configure. I then tried it on an older television, still no connection. So, I called the number on the paper…less than one minute later, I received a call back and the gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable, knew what games I could have potentially had that would need the expansion pak, and helped me set up the system! It works beautifully!!!!!!! We are so happy and to hear the excitement in my spouse’s voice made me so happy!I would 100% order again from this shop and recommend!

System work very well
It arrived on the expected date, looks almost new, and functions perfectly. I wouldn’t have known it was refurbished. I’ll likely purchase more games from them.

The nintendo system works just fine. I feel like the item was damaged during shipment, causing the breakage inside of the power outlet. There is pieces of plastic still in the system but it is usable. I don’t think the shop sent this item broken so I dont blame them. It just reeeeeally sucks that the power hookup is now loose due to the break.
