Old school video games. What more is there to say?!
This is a great compilation! Many of the games I was a huge fan of as a kid are all on this disc: Rampage, Spy Hunter, Gauntlet, etc. I highly recommend this to anyone that loves the old 8-bit arcade favorites.
Reminds me of the arcade games of my high school days. I like how in many if not all the games you can configure the controls to your liking.
Xybots, Rampage, Offroad, and Sinistar are the highlights for me on this disc. Of do they bring back memories of pumping quarters into the games at the local arcade with my junior high buddies. They got the games right on just about every occasion and hearing Sinistar yell, "I HUNGER" while playing in my basement made me jump just like it did playing in the arcade. Great purchase!
I born in 1989 and I never play this games in 1982 but wen I play at age 10 I remember my child hod now I can stop play is so fun to remember old times
Classic games at a great price. My parents spent countless quarters on these games for me at the local arcade and now I can play them whenever I want. Great nostalgia and something to show the kids in the future.
..of when I used to go to the arcades and play for hours, or until the money ran out. Amazing how many of my regular games are /were Midway products. The only things they’re missing are Gorf and bubble hockey, both not Midway products though.While the younger generation might find the graphics less than desirable, and the play rather easy, as you can just keep on adding more virtual coins, this is all about bringing back great memories of my childhood, and early adulthood.If you’re looking for what I’ve just described above, buy it. The games are still fun, and the flood of memories makes it all the more better.
I bought this game mainly for Super Off road and A.P.B. so i wouldn’t have to buy the arcade cabinets! The only thing I do not like on A.P.B is the steering is a liitle hard using the X Box controller.Still, love it!
I ordered this 360 disc for two games — Robotron 2084 and Joust. I was not disappointed! They are exact replicas of the original games that stole so many quarters from me back in the 80s. I could have bought this disc many times over if I’d put those quarters in a jar and waited for the X-Box to come along!I tried a few of the other games and they were okay, but the two games mentioned above were the reason I bought this collection. I never encountered Joust 2 back in the day, so I gave that a try and wasn’t very impressed (J1 was simplistic perfection, J2 just tried to put more obstacles to kill your jockey and force you to pop another quarter into the game).If you grew up during the 80s and spent any time at an arcade, you’ve probably seen some of these games and might enjoy adding them to your collection as palette cleansers between Borderlands 3 and Gears 5.This 360 game worked great on my X-Box One X.
