There are tons of games for the DS which the grandsons play all the time. This is a really nice alternative for the granddaughter.
worth every cent
got this game for my 3yr old. she loves princesses and enjoys the game. she can select which princess to be. she understands the concept of the game and can play it, however it does require some reading and some parts she gets stuck on. overall, a decent game. maybe she will enjoy it more when she gets a little older.
I bought this for my 4 year old and she absolutely loves it! The graphics, sound and music are well done. There is some reading that you will have to assist your child with but that’s usually before the actual game/level starts. You have to collect as many jewels as possible in order to battle with the evil witch and win a jewel for a crown at the end of the level. the point is to receive as many jewels for the crown to restore the castle. The only downside is that the levels seem extremely long and a little repetitive. You do the same thing over and over again and takes a while to get to the actual witch part. Other than that, she enjoys this game. It’s great for preschoolers!
I bought this game for my daughter’s 5th birthday. We have the one that is on Wii and I figured it would be the same. To my surprise, it is a little different. However, like the other game, it is great for her age group and has all of the princesses.
