Such a cute game! I am so in love with this series, and they polished up and fixed so many things from the first game. The best part is if you haven’t played the first game, you can still follow along pretty easily! Such a good game to play for hours haha.

My son is 7 and a huge Pokémon fan, he asked for yokai watch 2. It’s such a cute game but has a LONG story line before you can really get to play not to mention really repetitive. He normally just skips through most of the reading story parts and goes straight to the objectives. I recommend for any parent who has children that love Pokémon, it’s very similar. O and if you buy it new, it comes with a yokai metal to unlock a special character in the game and can be used in the actual physically wearable second series yokai watch.
