O, Nintendo has done it again…super Mario Bros.U Deluxe is just amazing, it’s fun ,it Mario..yeah….telling all
The game is great to play with friends, reminds me of Super Mario Bros. Wii.Although Nabit as a new character is basically playing in ultra cheat mode… he doesn’t die from hitting enemies, with him on your team you will always beat the bosses…The main story line was very short, but that might have been because one of my friends was using Nabit the whole time. The only annoying thing I found was that you could only save after beating a boss stage, if you quit right before beating it, you would have to start back from the last boss save point. It is still a fun group game though.
Nintendo struck gold making the switch portable and a home console. I will not elaborate on the differences between the Wii U version and the Switch version as I do not own the Wii U.The down and dirty about this game. I purchased the original NES back in the day, and Nintendo mastered the horse manure rage quitting game during my youth to justify the costs of the limitation of 8 bit games. Games like Battletoads and Ninja Gaiden were the authors to rage quitting. Nintendo fixed the frustration of games by adding two new characters; toadette and nabbit. When your skill gets better, you can select the other characters, that were standard with the Wii U edition of this game.
Loving the addition of the baby yoshi’s. My daughter just can’t put it down. Great family game!
I’d say the game is very fun and brings back from super mario bros for the DS but it’s the same old mecanics, nothing new but just new worlds and gameplay
I never placed this on Wii U so it is all new to me. It’s a great throw back to super Mario brothers 3. Graphics are better and the story is as you’d expect. It is a great deal of fun and you can play it with your kids. So for me it is well worth the money. If you owned the old version on the Wii U there are several new things and upgrades but I don’t know if I’d spend another $60 for them.
2D super Mario games are super fun to play always. This is no exception. easy to pick up for anyone youll find challenging levels in some parts. yes its almost the same game as the wii u version. I enjoy it replaying it years later. Plus i had digital version on wii u and now i have the physical on switch. No regret with purchase. This is a must own for switch owners unless your content with the wii u version. As you arent getting much more.
We played this game as a family, which is not an easy thing to do, but had a great time playing with my kids. It’s a really fun throwback style game.
I really loved this game when it came out on the Wii U but this one is much better! There is a new character you can play and supposedly more levels. I have always been a huge fan of Mario games preferably the ones that side scroll. I hope Nintendo keeps it up!
I’ve only scratched the surface of this vast new game. I was very glad to see a return of the more classic Super Mario games where the action is pretty much a linear scroll to the right, unlike Super Mario Odyssey, which to me is more like the later Zelda games where you even collect items to use. There’s nothing inherently wrong with that way, but I like my Super Mario to be like this new game. This one is big. I’ll be at it for a while.
