I like this game, it’s very different to others RPG games.
The story is pretty weak but it’s a well made game. It has a campaign and multiplayer. It’s an action RPG where the player has direct control over the characters instead of turn-based or menu-based combat like Pokemon.
Listen this game is great it might remind you of medabots and custom robo etc etc but this game holds its own weight gameplay and animation are smooth highly suggest getting it

This game is an amazing entry into robot battling RPGs, and has sucked out more hours from me than most other 3DS games I own. It’s based on an established series in Japan that has multiple anime and games, but don’t let that be a discouragement, this game definitely stands strong alone with no knowledge of the other properties. The beginning starts slow, but once you get into it, the combat and gameplay is solid, and it fills the void left by games such as Custom Robo and similar, and in my opinion is better than those that came before it and paved the way for this style. Fun to get into, it’s one of those "easy to play, difficult to master" styles. Plenty of after-story content as well, for those that want a hardcore collector experience.10/10 would play again. Praying for localization of the sequels.
