Another old favorite game that I was able to add back into my collection. Been enjoying playing this fun addicting jewel again.
Yo! Noid is a forgotten NES game. It’s undoubtedly a whacky game as you will soon discover upon reading my review! The story is that wild creatures led by Mr. Green are assailing New York City and the mayor knows only the Noid has the power to stop them. What is a Noid you ask? Who knows! Just a silly bunny ear-ed superhero thing that uses a yoyo to stop danger.In the first city street level with rising water all around, you jump from one crate to another using your yoyo to take out birds, jumping fish and homeless men with spears. At the end you have to participate in a pizza eating contest. You can select how many pizzas you want. I feel like a lot of humor could have been done here instead of selecting pizzas from a menu, but as it is, it’s just a boring required mini game.The next level is one that takes place on blue conveyor belts with falling rock debris and hockey stick holding human-walking dog creatures. "If you hit a lot of moles I will teach you the shortest route" says a bad guy. Now you’re playing a game of whack-a-mole. How odd, but pretty cool admittedly! I like this more than the pizza contests.You’re now in a skateboarding stage contending with baby carrying storks, propeller twirling rock dropping foes and jack in the box-like unicycle riders. You’re now walking around on a regular stage again (building rooftops). Enemies include greasy haired Elvis impersonators holding black plungers, turtle-faced fire shooting men that hold lighters.

This was purchased as a Christmas gift for my daughter but since she was home for the holiday weekend I had her check it out. Everything worked just fine.
After about a couple of dozens of times of playing this, i just finally beat it (no cheats, just straight up)and I would rate the difficulty at medium high or hard low.This might (keyword: MIGHT!) be the hardest game i ever beat BUT by no means is this game too hard and i think its laughable that some people call this an impossible game to beat. Who Cares?!? if you only get one hit, Who Cares?!? if this is a corporate sponsored game (infact: that gives it added points, considering most corporate sponsored games are so bad). If you want a GOOD platformer with GOOD graphics for the Nes and you dont mind the difficulty being way above the average mario or sonic game THEN you need to look no further. 4 starsExcuse My Poor Grammer & Thanks For ReadingRobert Keith
