Needed a little tidying up but works just fine, recommend if buying 2nd hand as with this one that (with the mains power disconnected) you carefully open it and gently remove all the dust – anything like this after sitting on someones carpet or under the TV for years is like a vacuum cleaner bag inside and it will run much cooler and better for this, gently check that all cables inside are still secure – also the controller socket contacts are usually grimy and will be intermittent so give them a careful clean – consider also buying new controllers as likely these are just plain worn out – bought to go with PS3 and PS4 to make the set

Excellent condition, excellent shop, excellent service, this PS2 replacing my other which sadly died last month which I bought during summer in 2001! Works like a gem! The disc tray was slightly broken and wouldn’t stay open, but I was able to fix it. The appeal for me was the official Sony controller, since they can be up to $60 alone. The power cord I received was not the original. I think someone mentioned that they also got the plug with two round edges instead of the round/square edge. It still works though, so it is not a problem for me! Controller and system were slightly dusty, but in very excellent condition. No loose buttons, the L3 and R3 both click firmly. Highly recommend!

Do I really need to say the ps2 is a brilliant console? I’ve had more fun on this console than any other and it still keeps me entertained today. Many great games to choose from and so much fun to be had. Go back in time and enjoy this incredible console :D
