This is Randy’s son, Steve.I loved this game. I’ve already beat it twice, and I’m working on lucky number 3, lol. No, I do have a life, I’ve just had the game for a while. Although there were a few things I weren’t too happy with, but I’ll get to those in a second.First, the good things. I did like the fact that you were able to change into a wolf whenever you wanted to, and in order to do that, you needed to earn it by beating the first three dungeons. Until that, you could only be Wolf Link only when you had to. Also, in previous Zelda games, I hated how you had to search for Triforce peaces, and you had no idea where to go. In this game, you do have to search for a few things later in the game, but they tell you where they are. You just had to solve the puzzle when you get there. The graphics were great for a Gamecube game. I loved the story line. One of the best in the series. Now, the bad stuff. To begin, they still didn’t put in voices for the characters. If they did it for Final Fantasy, they should do it for Zelda. The beginning stunk, but once you encounter the first villains, it starts to pick up. Also, the game was way too easy. They should have put in different difficulty modes. So, all in all, I did enjoy the game, with a few flaws. I’m expecting more from the series as good as, or better, as this game.

I bought The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess in Used – Very Good condition by E’s Novelties and I am very happy with my purchase! It came on time, case is in very good condition, manual is in pristeen condition, and disc is lightly scratched but is to be expected. But as for its working condition no problems at all. I bought this game because it sounded interesting and having had almost no experience with Zelda games before but watched others play it I had to check it out. I love this game I’ve been playing it nearly non-stop. I like the mix of puzzles to figure out as well as plenty of bad guys to fight and unique challenges in defeating foes or just trying to complete a mission. I also like this game in particular because there are some unique features that make it even more fun and interesting, such as riding your horse which you can name, turning into a wolf at different points in the game witch give you a whole new set of moves and abilities and not to mention a new perspective of game play and how is that not just really awesome? Also graphics are very cool and it’s challenging but not so difficult that you can’t eventually figure out what to do. I’m not very good at puzzles but I’ve gotten them after a while of thinking and searching. The booklet gives you tips and tells you controls and info about items. So what are you waiting for find this game you’ll really enjoy it!
This game truly lives up to the legacy left by both Ocarina of Time and Majora’s Mask. THe graphics are wonderful (especially for a gamecube game), and the gameplay is fun. The bosses, while not necessarily challenging, are both creative and amusing. My only bone to pick with the game is (semi-spoiler alert…sorta!) with the clawshot, and its complete inability to hook onto anything other than the clawshot targets. Yes, fellow Zelda fans, we cannot zoom around from rooftop to rooftop, nor can we swing from tree to tree. However, the clawshot targets are abundant, and in that way the problem is cercumvented. The items are fun, the story is new and interesting, and, on the whole, this game wins big points from me.
One of my favorite games. But it does run on the darker side so make sure you up the brightness on your monitor or you’ll miss out on key details.
In the world of video games there aren’t too many standards to rely on. Nintendo seems to produce the majority of classic games that everyone falls back on, but lately it’s been hit or miss. Zelda has held it’s own in the past years as a game that you can rely on to take you away to another place convincingly enough that you almost want to stay. I don’t understand negative comments toward this game, because it does exactly what it should do. Not only is the music hauntingly beautiful, but you even get a chance to make the music yourself through the voice of a wolf. Nothing misses in this game aside from repetition of dungeons and switching between worlds, but if you have ever played a Zelda game then you shouldn’t really expect anything less. This game comes so close on Gamecube to being SNES/N64 revamped that it’s nostalgic to the point where you care less about 1080p and HD. This game does not dissapoint at all. Although it is a bit older, I swear when you put this in it’ll feel like it’s brand new.
Serving up to or over 70+ hours of gameplay, LOZ:TP is well worth its price. It bares more simularities to Ocarina of Time than any other Zelda titles, but Twilight Princess is much better than Ocarina of Time (in my opinion).
I have my childhood back.
This game is Merely incredible. Words cannot describe my love for this game. I played and beat this game once before because I borrowed it from a friend. And I have not played this game in a few years. So I decided to buy it. Seriously one of the best purchases I’ve made. I am a huge Legend of Zelda fan… and have played many Zelda games. Although this in my opinion is the best game next to Ocarina of Time and Majora’s Mask. I have not played Skyward Sword yet… Anyways this game is great for anyone. Zelda fan or not a Zelda fan. This game has everything a game should possibly have. So I will rate this game based off of every category I can think of.1. Gameplay: The gameplay is incredible. Controls are kept pretty simple. I wish there were more buttons on the gamecube controller though because you can only have 2 items selected at once. It was very enjoyable to play.2. Overall Difficulty: 7-8/10. 10 being rating stupid hard. It was made with a good amount of difficulty. Not too hard and not too easy. Some parts could have been a little more challenging.3. Puzzle Difficulty: What I realized this time… It really depends on the age of the person playing this game. I played it in my younger years and thought the puzzles were very difficult. I played it again now and realized that there is a trick to all the puzzles in the game. You just need to find out where it is…. So I’d give the puzzles a 7/10. 10 being too difficult. And each puzzle did take some time. On the major puzzles I spent like anywhere from 5-20 minutes trying to figure it out. Not bad at all.4. Bosses: Woww. The bosses were super fun. Part of me wishes they were more difficult because they were pretty easy once you figure out what your suppost to do. And other times I enjoyed it the way it is. So the bosses are pretty easy. But wayy fun. There was a couple of bosses though that I felt like “okay this is too easy.” So I wish it was more of a challenge but you still find your self enjoying them.5. Dungeons: The Dungeons were pretty fun. They can get confusing at times. But you just really need to search. Think and be clever. Not too hard and not too easy. Very well made. One dungeon or level area… “The Cave of Ordeals” wasn’t too bad. Near the end it’s kinda of pain in the butt. Mostly because of ice monsters. I found myself only getting really annoyed at a couple dungeons. The Ice Palace being one of them.. haha. But overall the Dungeons were very enjoyable.6. Map: The Map is very Big. I wish there were more side quests in this game with such a big map. Overall very fun. The Twilight realm and light realm both look pretty cool. And have the right feel to them.7. Adventure Feel: Ohh man… Yeah… Once I started it was hard to put it down. It had such a great feel to it. The way the adventure sucks you into the game. If your a fan of any adventure or RPG style games. This is definitely a game you should play.8. Collectibles: I’ll put it this way…. either take a Crazy LONGG time on the game… or use a guide. My goal is to get a 100% one day without a guide, but we’ll see if I can do that. I’ll do that when I’m old and retired. haha. It would take a ton of dedication. Anyways it’s fun getting new equipment and trying it out. And using it to your advantage. Overall, the equipment is pretty user friendly.9. Plot: Woww. Incredible plot. I really enjoyed the whole aspect of Light and Dark, Good vs Evil. Very well portrayed in the Zelda game. Had a some very rememberable quotes.10. Emotion: Mann…. In my opinion as for emotion this is the most emotional Zelda game out there. It’s mainly because the love you develop for the characters and the sense of being the hero. There were moments in the game where you feel like crying. Not trying to sound un-manly or wimpy or nerdy. Just the emotion put into this game is incredible. The joys and sorrows that you feel while playing this game. Remarkable.11. Music: Haha… Actually I’m listening to the music right now. I’ve listened to it for the past few days. I LOVE Zelda music. The simple dungeon or walking around music isn’t too rememberable… but the Theme music for towns, shops, Character theme music, and boss theme music is incredible. Helped make this game even more enjoyable. All music fits very well with the mood and theme of each location.12. Effects: The effects look really cool. Especially with the equipment. The sound effects are AHhh!!! AHhmazing. Like the clinging of the ball and chain. Or the Whoosing of the boomerang.13. Characters and Character Development: Woww. The Characters are incredible. Like I said before…. you develop a love for the characters and you’ll fight evil and do whatever you can to help and save them. Very Epic and heartfelt. The Companion in this game “Midna” is probably my most favorite companion in any zelda game. Maybe tied for first with Navi and Tatl. Not sure. Anyways you develop a very close bond towards Midna. What an incredible character.14. Graphics: Very good for the release time. Looks good and sharp. I’ve always really enjoyed the Dark And Light sharp look for Zelda games. It makes it seem more like an Adult game rather then a more Kid game. I mean I love all Zelda games and all the graphics but this one has my favorite graphic style. Very Good. More of a Dark look theme Vibrant colorful look. I prefer the Dark look because it makes the mood of the game more serious.15. Enemies: Not too hard not too difficult. Overall I enjoyed fighting most of the enemies. They were pretty fun to fight… except for a few annoying enemies. haha basically any Ice enemy, Poe, or too many of certain enemies got annoying. But overall I rarely found myself getting too frustrated or finding it too easy.16. Overall Enjoyment: This is on my list of BEST GAMES OF ALL TIME. Overall, I give it a 9.5-10. Probably a 10. I really enjoyed the whole game. My love for this game cannot be described in words. I tried to and ended up writing one of the longest reviews. So if you havn’t played this game. Go out and buy it either for Wii or Gamecube. I bet you’ll find yourself loving this game as much as I do. This is just amazing… It’s remarkably Beautiful. MASTERPIECE.
I rate this Zelda up at the top along with the Zelda put out for N64 The Occarina of Time, and Majora’s Mask. It gives a new spin on link though, instead of him being a young pre-teen child like character, he’s portrayed more as a teenager of about 14-15 in this game. I think as with all Zelda games, the team who designed this one did a bang up job it’s another one of those games that you could play over and over again even if you’re not a fan of Zelda. The battle system and potions and collecting of jars etc is the same in this game just as in any other Zelda game, the only thing I really find to be drastically different is the twilight aspect of it and the “transforming.” Zelda for those of you who might have never played is a more structured quest style RPG, if you like structured as opposed to open end playing this is the game for you! Zelda has a lot to offer as an RPG as far as the story goes, I found that surprises and twists in the plot were pulled off very well, and overall I was impressed.
The Legend of Zelda is a classic that many gamers have grown to adore. The puzzles and story are intriguing and captivating. The depth is fairly realistic and if you play it long enough, you start to believe you’re actually apart of this fictional world called Hyrule. For those of you who are unsure about the differences between the original GC version and the Wii version; the GC is the original left-handed ver. of the game while the Wii ver. is the mirrored version of the exact same game. No added or special feature- it’s literally just mirrored. So would you prefer to play the original or a mirrored version of this fantabulous game? To each his own.The graphics, for its time, are pretty impeccable and sometimes terrifying to look at, this giving the game an even stronger sense of realism.I’ve beaten this game countless times- 3-heart challenge, 100% and all… This is made it to #2 on my list of Favorite LoZ Games.
