Great game, son loves it!
the game just like new, working so good.
Loved the movie. Loved the game(weak voice acting abounds but not terrible).
I got to play on the demo for this game last year at the San Deigo Comic Con and it’s truly amazing. The swinging is more complicated and takes more time to get used to (and more attention) but once you get the hang of it, is a much more realistic experience. As incredible as the first game was, this is several orders of magnitude better!
It’s so much fun to simply spin webs and fly around New York City in Spider-Man 2 that you may never bother to finish the game. It trumps its impressive predecessor with one word: Freedom! Not that any of Activision’s earlier Spidey games have been slouches, but in Spider-Man 2, you really will feel the thrill (and hectic pace) of being Peter Parker. The plot traces that of the film and its villain, Dr. Octopus, but the game expands to include appearances by Mysterio, Black Cat, Rhino, and other Marvel folks. Developer Treyarch has built a half-scale model of New York City with no loading times and no boundaries. Want to swing from Harlem to Ellis Island? Would you prefer to run through the streets on foot? Or maybe hitch a ride atop one of the hundreds of moving cars? With tons of mini-missions and goals strewn about the city, and various icons to collect, Manhattan is yours to explore-anywhere, any time, all the time. Doing so becomes a joy thanks to the locomotion system. Web-swinging takes a little practice, but in short order, you’ll feel massively powerful, shooting webs that visibly auto-attach to buildings and trees, zooming around corners, pulling 360-degree loops, even grabbing onto a helicopter and getting an aerial tour of the city. The city looks great; the pedestrian models could be higher res, but it’s a sweet Big Apple with cool day/night effects and detailed textures on both machines (though the Xbox version looks noticeably prettier from a distance). Spidey.
loved it
Game was in great condition I play it without an issue.
Best Spider-Man game I ever played. Really makes you feel like a super hero.
Spider-Man 2 has to be the best super hero video game to date. When I first read about the previews in Gamepro I told myself I’m going to have to get this. I don’t buy many games when they first come out because of the $49.99 price. Most of the time I wait untill there released in The Greatest Hits line up for $19.99 because it really hurts the wallet. The one thing that really interested me the most about buying the game is the depth of it. You can explore the city, stop street crime, deliver pizza, save people, test your spider skills, and go on missions when your ready. For me the game feels like more of a bunch of comic book storylines then a movie. Which is very cool. Each chapter in the game seems like another issue of a Spider-Man comic. Plus there’s quite a bit of charcters in the game. A bunch that are not in the movie. One of the best so far is fish bowel head himself, Mysterio. The game has a good storylime behind him. Plus you run into Rhino, Shocker, and of course the big villian for the movie Doc Ock. And you have some encounters with The Black Cat as Spidey tries to figure out if she’s friend or foe. I haven’t come close to beating the game yet. I’m around 20% completed. But it’s alot of fun and annoying at times. I’m still learning on the fighting combos but have the web swinging almost under control. If you want a good super-hero game this one’s worth checking out.
A pesar de que el producto es usado me corrió como si fuese nuevo en la consola. Obviamente estos titulos de las peliculas fueron muy buenos videojuego. Yo como muchos soñadores que existen, tambien me interesarÃa un remaster del juego.
