For example, eating will have an impact on your sim’s hunger rating, but it will also impact his bladder rating. You’ll have to make sure that he keeps himself and the house clean, that he sleeps to restore his energy, and that he also has time to keep himself entertain. But the free will option lets your sims coast a bit, and you can also save time by stacking tasks together. As, time passes at the rate of about one minute per second in the game, but you can fast-forward sim time when you need to, such as when they’re sleeping.
Controls
However, The controls are justifiably complex, but adjusting to them is not difficult. You see your sims from an overhead perspective that you can both rotate and zoom. You direct their actions by moving a line cursor to where you want them to go or to what object or person with which you want them to interact.
Also the game is surprisingly funny. As you neglect your sims and they’ll shout and wave their arms to get your attention. Allow one’s energy to get too low and he or she will likely collapse and sleep right where they were standing. When that happens, Mom is likely to serve them dinner on the floor.
Gamers may find that it takes a while to get the hang of The Sims’ style and control scheme. So, stick with it and you may find real time fast-forwarding.

This Game, I don’t think is like any other game I have or will ever play! This game let’s you control a little person called a Sim and you can do what ever you want with them. You have to keep them happy by telling them to use the bathroom (or else they will pee on themselves) or keeping there energy high by making them go to bed! You tell them what to do and this game let’s you do stuff you can only dream about! Like calling a maid to come and clean your house that you built and then hook up with her. Or calling some people over and going and hanging out in your jacuzzi! Or if a robber comes you have to call the police and get them to stop the thief. This game is like no other, and is in a category of it’s own! If you have played The Sims for the PC and if you have a gamecube,PS2,or X-box then you need to buy this it is 10 times better than the PC version. And if you haven’t ever played it then buy it! Like my title says “If you buy it you will like it”! I can not say enough about The Sims for Gamecube. This Game will keep you busy for hours!

I really like this game i played it at my friends house and on the game you can start a life have a family and create your own house and put furniture in it you can put plasma t.v’s and pools and really kool stuffbut i would reccomend to get te action replay cheat thing first so you have infinate cash & you can build a mansion!!!!!!!!! i would highly reccomend this game
I love this game so much, I am really tired of Maxis’s stupid “new projects”, They shouldn’t change the aging process, having babies, and neighborhood options, I wish that they made the sims 2 ALMOST exactly like this, In the sims 2 you live with yuor “roommates” which has no knack to it, this one, you live with your mom, which makes more sense, Next time, Maxis, take a hint and don’t change what the people love, idiots!
This game is a modern classic. Everything about the Sims is engaging, the open ended playing, making Sims, making Sims fall in love. It really has it all. This is the game that started the Sim craze. It also translated very well to the gamecube. If you are into this style of game and haven’t played it yet, crawl out from under the rock where you live and pick it up.
I don’t know waht I was thinking when I wrote this.It sounded really bad.Duh!The Gamecube version of the Sims is alot like the other one,except more challenging and more FUN!Every game needs a challenge,so let’s not complain about THAT either!!There are 2 ways to play this one.After completing a strange short dream-sequence,either play a levals mode starting in the home of a grumpy,lazy old mother and try to work up to living in the ultimate mansion,with a partner and even kids.Frustratingly,you’ll need to buy a larger memory card to be able to return to a game after switching it off.The other way to play is the regular Sims style.Creating your Sims is more fun than the computer version,with clothes of every colour and even your choice of eye colour,although it is hard to see the eyes from your couch.But hey,how cool is it to play this game on the comfort of your couch!!If you think you might like the Sims then buy it!!Occasionally you may get bored but it’s pretty great!
I was almost hesitant to buy this at first. I have loved The Sims since it first came out, and since I have every expansion pack I was afraid that this would either be just the original game just like on the PC, or something so watered down or altered that it would not be the same game I enjoy on my computer. But I took the chance and was well rewarded. It does lack some of the neat gadgets and traveling locales of the expansion packs, however, it does have some of the better gadgets and a few new ones.I suppose some might find it boring, but I found it addictive. I’ll have to put it away to get anything done.
This game rocks you control a little person called a sim you feed him you tell him to flush the toilet you even can burn your house on fire you can order pizza and make many freinds you can aquire many jobs like a military recrut like me to get promoted your sim has to leave to work in a good mood usually with his fun meter full then when he comes home he will get promoted it is a great game trust me on this one buy it rite now ull luv it
