The Pros: Takes no real talent with the wii, or with games to finish it, just a steady hand. Still fun, especially after you beat it.The Cons: You actually have to do some grinding in later parts to get all the items you need for the recipes. No matter how big the house is on the outside, the house will always be the same size on the inside. I have heard of some really bad glitches where NPCs disappear or get stuck. It takes way too long to go between the islands. No multiplayer mode (but then again, how would that even work, lol). This was actually my first (and last, not counting the Facebook one) Sims game, but it has all the basic fun stuff. You can change your outfit (not your companions though) and the choices are pretty good. You get more outfits just through the story so you don’t need to worry about getting enough money. You can build the houses from scratch and add in dance floors, games, music, etc and party out. You can’t queue anything like in other Sims games, and you can’t control the other characters. It’s a nice casual game, nothing to obsess over, but nice to have in your collection for a random lazy day.
The most noticeable change is that Kingdom saves much faster than the first MySims game. There is no moving in/out of Sims. The game starts with all the Sims in place, it is the player’s task to find them and help them renovate and decorate. The exterior building feature is much the same, but furniture building tasks are gone. Essences are easier find and tally up quickly. Sometimes it felt like Kingdom is actually a prequel to MySims. The graphics and tasks are more simplistic. This game will be easier for kids because the game tells you what you need to meet the task requirements. We are 45 and 32 and love the MySims games. If you like MySims, PLEASE TRY THE ANIMAL CROSSING GAMES, TOO.
If your a Sims fan then you will love the MySims series, especially this game, MySims Kingdom which I think is the best out of the entire franchise, you will never be bored child or adult. :P
This is one of my most favorite Wii games. I absolutely love being able to build all the houses and just getting to help out all the other people in the game.
Friggen love this game
The game is so much fun. And I received it timely, and in great condition. I recommend this game to any sim fan because it’s just as quirky as any of them and just as fun. I love this game because of the buildings that you get to make – that’s always been my favorite part of sims. So if you like building things and cute little characters, this game is for you!
Produit en excellent état , très satisfaite du délais de livraison.
Fully entertaining, easy to understand, yet challenging and addictive. This is the best NEW Sims game in a long time. It seems to have no glitches…at least none that I have found so far.
If you like any of the "My Sims" line, and have ANY passion for the Renaissance time period then you will love this! One and only flaw I can find: you don’t get to build you own house…but it’s still loads of fun for me…I mean my daughter to play :)
My daughter LOVES playing the Sims an grandma’s on the PC so I figured we’d try this version for the Wii. I think it’s great, but apparently rather difficult for her to catch on too. So next we’re trying the original Sims 2 that she plays at grandma for her new DSi she’s getting for Xmas. Fingers crossed!!
