First time out of the package, everything seemed to work perfectly. Tried Rookie Level first, but there was absolutely no challenge for me. Pro level was much more in line with my proficiency. However, the 2nd time playing, there were fumbles on almost EVERY PLAY, including dropped (incomplete) passes being ruled as fumbles. Tried to find something in the settings to remedy, but finally gave up. Came back to it hours later, and things were back to normal. Not sure what that was about. I’ve read about fumble glitches online, but nothing to that extent. Overall though, I think my son and I will enjoy this one for a long time.
I have both Madden 12 and 11 and I will say that madden 12 is better. Improved graphics, features, and players has made this a very exciting game. I prefer the wii version over xbox and ps3 because it is more realistic in passing and running, even though the graphics are not as good. Overall I would say Madden has done a great job of improving the game. Cannot wait until Madden 13.
Got this game for my 8yr almost 9 yr old son. We had no clue how to play it but we did the training part first and he figured it out right away. Now every Sunday he wakes up and go straight for the game and plays until kick-off. He loves it and so do I!
Bought this for my grandsons to allow them to see what happens with concussions playing football. Very good learning tool and well thought where you get a time out on playing depending on how hard the contact is.
Madden did something right! This is an improvement over past Madden games for Wii. Its more realistic. I still haven’t figured out how to consistently intercept the ball. When a ball hits the defender in the hands, he should not drop it 9 out of 10 times.

My son and I have played nothing but this since we got it. So much fun. Excellent game play and very happy with it.

Well first off the game play itself is very awesome as you can see the plays unfold and such. if I could rate the individual parts I would go offense: 5/5 defense: 5/5 special teams/4.5/5. The only hard thing about the game is getting used to the kicking but other than that one of the best Wii games I’ve ever played! Yeah, you may hear “oh the graphics are horrible” but they aren’t. The people and uniforms may look a little bulky but hey, what’s it matter if you can get a sack or into the endzone!
