I rented this game from Blockbuster on June 6th, not sure why they had it before the release date but I just finished it tonight. 5 days and I am done, this is just playing most of the day Sunday and a few hours or so the other days. I don’t even own this wii, I borrowed it from a neighbor to check out the system. I don’t game at all and I beat this game in 5 days. It was a fun game, the controls are pretty awesome in making use of the wii but for 50 bucks, its just not worth it to be done in 5 days. There are some hard parts, a couple of parts frankly I thought were just downright annoying, but otherwise it flows pretty smoothly and is relatively easy which I prefer. I don’t like games that are rediculously hard, but if the game is going to be easy, they should at least make it last long enough. Its worth a rent but I wouldn’t bother buying it. Oh and I thought the ending was pretty weak, usually you would expect the end to be the hardest part. I was surprised when it ended, thought there would be something else.
Awesome, keep my men in the house actively conquering any traps they encounter. Older game, but they love it.
Game, CD & Book received intact & on time. I purchased them to give for Christmas gifts
This game is so much fun! It is so much more interactive with the wii remote and nunchuck. You get to punch, grapple, whip, shoot (and reload your gun manually), and even fly planes! It’s so much more satisfying to be able to feel like you are punching the enemy, and not just pushing a little button. I think I’ve played pretty much every Indiana Jones game ever made (all the way back to Indiana Jones and His Desktop Adventures), and this one does not disappoint. It also has some great nostalgia value by including Fate of Atlantis as a bonus game. I can’t comment on the multi-player mode, since I haven’t tried it yet. It might be helpful to have an extra helping hand when you have three goons coming after you and trying to beat you up! I think the graphics are really nice, but then again, I’m not a major gamer, and I don’t have any other system than my Wii, so I don’t have much to compare it to. The average game player will have a lot of fun!
For those of you who ain’t conasewers of films like me, you may not have ever heard of INDANA JONES who is a HERO and a AMERICAN and who fight NAZIS and commies and pinkos and zepplins and snakes and foriners and who travel across the glob to ecsotic places like new jersy and stantin island and england and find rich treasures but he don’t never keep the treasures he donat them to an museam which is the AMERICAN WAY and what a good dude would do in that situation. So when I hear that a vidio game was comin out about the Indana Jones i was so excited. I couldnt wait to travel across the glob in this game and donate some rich treasures to a museum and GUESS WHAT? This game does not disapoint!!!!!!!!!!!!!!You get to play INDANA JONES and be him and use you weemote to throw a punch and smack a Nazi right in the face haha take THAT nazi!!!!!! You get to fly a airplane and drive your water raft through some river and raft on it and pattle it down the streem. Then you get to go to chinna town and see some chinnamans and shoot a gat at some dope gangstas yo know wha I saying lol lmao !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lots of fun & true to the character. Great that it is multi player or single player. Even fun for those just watching!
great
fun!
A lot of people have criticized this game, and at one point I was one of them. When this game first came out I bought it for the PS2 and I quickly forgot all about it, to this day I have no idea where I put it. But, I have been a fan of Indy for many years so I thought the Wii version was worth a shot and I am glad I did.First off, the controls. The controls are not bad, they take a while to get use to but once you do you start having a lot of fun playing this game. My only issue that I have is when you are driving, the controls can be very touchy and if you over compensate then you are done for.Second, the story. It is a strong story, not as strong as the other Indy games such as; The Infernal Machine or The Emperor’s Tomb. I believe that it was suppose to be a tie in with Raiders of the Lost Ark and that is why they chose the Staff of Kings. Still the story is not that bad.Third, the length of the game. In my opinion the game is on the short side. There are only six levels and I was able to find all the artifacts and do all of the glory moments in a short amount of time, about ten hours. But I did play it on normal, I am sure that if you tried hard that it would last longer. Finally, extras. The most notable extra in this game is the point and click game Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis. I have played the game before and there is no difference, except the controls, between the Wii and original game. This extra is well worth it.In conclusion, this is not th.
I enjoyed the game and it ran perfectly.
