Great amazing game and true simulator game.
I have played the game for roughly 2 weeks and I am very impressed with the game play. I have played the previous GT’s as well as Forza 3. This game brought racing to a whole new level with the online “challenges”. The in game races can be fairly easy with the right car. But the online challeges bring the aspect of point level cars and limits like in Forza. They aren’t really even races, but a time trial with obsticles. The front runner almost always posts the same race time, so you just have to beat that with a similar car, starting 20-30 seconds behind with on average 5 laps to do it. Some are very easy and you can even down tune the car for a bonus on the winnings, and some are quite the challenge. I also like the sign in bonus, after 5 days your get double money and xp, plus paint chips to paint your cars to your liking.For the $15, best game I ever got.
Really the same Gran Turismo experience with updated graphics and cars. Nothing wrong with that. This edition you get some freebie cars that can be used to cheat and get through the game somewhat faster.

Love the game!
The reason I gave this game a 5 is because it is absolutely fun! The XL Edition gives you a code to unlock extra paints, cars, and tracks which equal $20 as stated on the box. The graphics look really good and the game is realistic. This game is also a challenge because it takes skills(which i do not have) to take turns and get past your opponents which makes it even funner. The only thing i did not like is that you have to install the game data which is about 2GB, you also have to download updates that equal about 1GB, and also if you want faster loading times you can install another package that takes about 50 minutes. Overall, this game is really fun and gives it a real driving feel. I would recommend this game to those who like racing games, and for the price it’s a good deal. Hope this helped. I already have GT5 but I didn’t have any DLC and for only $10 you cant beat that. Havnt tried the DLC yet shucks I havnt even opened the game up. I have a huge backlog of games. If you like racing sims and graphics this is for you. Although getting the full experience can get expensive with getting pedal, steering wheel, race chair/ cage and a huge TV lol.
love it gave it to my niece…she has the ps3 …i gave her the hdmi cable ..to view bluray movies….its clearer with the Hdmi cable…i give this game 5 stars
