Old skool game. I’ve had it forever. No collection is complete without it! I may go play it here in a minute! Actually no, but it was a great game. I enjoyed it. Took a long time to beat. Personally I like the SNES games better than the Playstation.
Easy, fun game to play. The beginners Final Fantasy if you will. Would recommend to anyone just starting out in the RPG genre or any Final Fantasy fan in general.
I have to admit, this has a simple story, simple graphics, etc. But it was the starting point for my love of role-playing games. And for it’s time, it’s a decent game. It’s fairly easy to figure out the puzzles, and the bosses aren’t too tough. If I picked an rpg now, I’d probably prefer a game with better graphics and all, such as FFX, but don’t let this stop collectors or beginners.
It it werent for this game, I probibly would not be playing RPG’s today. This game launched me into the RPG world (course I was fairly young when this game came out.) From here, I played many more “Square” games, including the so-called “True” FF series, and then other RPG’s. This is a great starting point for any young gamer, but the gameplay falls more along the likes of Pokemon (not anything against Pokemon)All in all, for a kid starting to play the FF series, this is a good starting point!

Final Fantasy Quest is one of the best SNES rpg’s – I had a great time playing this again. The game play is awesome and the game’s music kicks ass!! I will play again in a few months!
