I’m so thrilled to be able to play this on my new Kindle Fire (Christmas gift)! This is my favorite FF game.
The other two reviewers say this game doesn’t work. I had no issues playing the game, saving the game, uploading the save file to the cloud, exiting the game, re-entering the game and picking up from my previous save. I don’t know what device they were using or if the game has been updated since they made their purchase and tried to play but it seems to be working just fine now. I’m playing on a Kindle Fire HDX 8.9.This is a great game and I look forward to playing it through to the end.
Just like the game I remembered. There are even cheats that come preinstalled (they are optional to use.) Definitely worth the price!
Amazing on my HD tablet
Super, freu mich dieses klasse game von früher auf meinem tablet spielen zu können. Wer hätte zu damaliger Zeit gedacht, dass sowas mal möglich ist. Kann bisher nichts negatives sagen, funktioniert einwandfrei. Die (bisher) 2 schlechten Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Es steht eindeutig da, dass 4,7Gb benötigt werden. Und da steht auch nicht, dass es firetv kompatibel ist. Deswegen dieses Spiel mit einem Stern zu bewerten ist echt unkupo. Viel Spass beim Spielen!
One of my favorite games ever. I have the original for PS. I bought it for my laptop then for my phone and now for my kindle so I can literally play it whenever, wherever. Very glad it is available for my kindle now.

Happiness beyond happiness to have this game again. Crashes sporadically though but I found that once I deleted a few downloaded videos it worked much better on my retrolio fire

First of all, though I have been a happy retrolio customer for years–I have never written a review for any product, no matter how good or bad (generally because I was too lazy, or there were enough reviews for that product, or the product was never so terrible or so great as to move me to feel so much that I actually typed my feelings out).Except now.This is a review of FF9 on the latest Kindle Fire HD 8 (which I purchased for the express purpose of playing FF9 on it–the tablet itself is amazing but that’s a different review for another day).I have waited YEARS to play this game in a format that would be worthy of it.
