My copy was delivered fast. And thats good. Ive decided to play all the James Bond games and I have looked up the reviews. Everything or nothing truly feels like I am taking part inside the movie.Im playing the PS2 version. So my copy (graphics wise) it isnt the best polished version of the game. But thats an inherited problem from PS2’s Lenux based system.Nonetheless, i still found the game amazing on my PS2. — Its a 3d person cover shooter. But it feels like the FIRST time attempts to HOW to make a cover shooter. In comparison to current cover shooters, everything or nothing is the clunkiest i have ever played with. And you will find yourself choosing a branched path that leads nowhere. Objectives are described in text when you pause the game. But while you are running in real time things wont be clear. You will have moments where you run around and randomly hit "X" (your interactive action button) in hopes to trigger an event. If this was a problem, i could say that it was a product of the times. (the game is from mid 2000’s)But despite the glaring flaws, the game is still fun to play; It had more good than bad and next to "Bloodstone," another Bond 3d person shooter, Everything or nothing is a must have classic for gamers and James Bond fans. For videos and game review’s visit my channel at http://www.youtube.com/gemreviews
I enjoyed playing this game, 5 stars, it was playable just like new.
James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing is by far the best James Bond game yet. The graphics are great, although it is viewed from a 3rd person view (where you see yuor entire character, not just the gun). At first, this might not seem great. However, it ends up working very well.James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing has great varity. The third person view makes stelth easier. The manual aim feature (like in Nightfire) puts you in frist-person ofr precies aiming. There is a fairly forgiving auto-aim feuture, as well. There are driving levels, with a better variety of cars. There are also more explosions, more opportunities to use tight-ropes, and the levels have multiple ways of being beaten.James bond 007: Everything or Nothing is one of the best games around. The multiplayer mode is great. It offers silky smooth online support, as well as multitap support. Fans of shooters should buy this game.
*Begin Transmission*M BREIFING:Listen up,007!word has it that a good game called “007:everything or nothing” is out!In this game:car chases,Booming explosians and everything you need for a great video game.Q BRANCH:Now pay attenian,007!In this game you will get lots of new weapons. The weapons are like this:If you shoot a wall with a rocket launcher(concrete),it colapses. If you shoot a vehicle,It explodes. Also that a neat “spider bomb” is a cool gadget made by me:It detonates when it reache somethingMONEYPENNY:Good luck playing this great game,James!(…)
it looks so cool lets hope its not like night fire because there was only 3 levels that were cool
Never mind the small-minded nitwits who are complaining about the auto aim and the multiplayer (::Sniff:: you have to unlock some multiplayer features! Waa!! So unlock them.) Third person autoaim is the only way a game can approach realism. Would you watch a movie in which the hero walked around with a gun pointed straight ahead and slowly, slowly aimed at bad guys as they appeared ahead of him? I know, I know, OF COURSE NOT!!First person shooters were tired before Doom was released. They’re no different than Missle Command. Run around and aim. This game has climbing and diving, hiding and fistfighting. Two things set this apart from earlier third persons:First, the ability to work a corner and shoot enemies while maintaining cover is indispensible and should be incorporated into every game along these lines. It is very satisfying to watch a charging enemy crumple from a head shot while James stays safely hidden around the corner. The same feature works while crouching behind objects.Second, adjustable auto-aim. Acquire a target and pick where you want to shoot him. With a small twitch of the right thumb a head shot can fell an enemy in one shot, even with a P99. Terrific. One thing I can’t figure out about this one, though. Every sound associated with reloading and cocking the firearms is the same. Why?This is the best game I’ve played.
Just beated the whole game today, and I know it’s 2015, but why not go back to the greatest PS2 games there were? this game packs hell of a lot of action the pretty ladies and a villain with a badass super power, this game is overall great and I’d have to admit it, the storyline and the missions make a lot of sense to what is going on.
This game is an absolute joyride from start to finish. Gorgeous cut scenes and in-game graphics, wonderful sound and the voiceacting is superb except for Maya and Heidi Klum’s parts. Hearing Pierce Brosnan, Judy Dench and John Cleese throughout the game makes you feel all the more that you have stepped into one of the movies. I loved the last Bond game but this blows it away. It combines the character control and and feel of Splinter Cell with the action that was missing from that game. And this game is full of action. The hand-to-hand combat is just as fun as the shooting and there are plenty of both. Just enough stealth required to keep it interesting but not detract from the action. And best of all are the increase in vehicle-based gameplay which I loved in Nightfire but there wasn’t enough. This time there is. You get to drive cars loaded with goodies, do one straight up race, and pilot a helicopter with plenty of firepower. The highlight of the game for me was the motorcycle level however. It is a pure thrill ride and does an amazing job at making you feel down to your bones the adrenaline rush of pure speed and dangerous maneuvers. And as always the variety of weapons and gadgets at bonds disposal is excellent. Although it’s been a while since I finished the game I can not put it down. Going back and replaying each level at the various difficulties is sure to provide more than enough challenge and variety of game-play strategies as to keep this game fresh.
I’m a pretty jaded gamer and have trouble playing games to completion, often getting bored quickly with majority of games these days. However, this latest game in the Bond franchise is a winner. It takes a lot to impress me and keep me motivated till the end. I was truly amazed by the production value of this game with its all-star Hollywood cast that includes Pierce Brosnan, Judi Dench, Willem Dafoe and Shannon Elizabeth. Moreover the gameplay here is varied enough that’ll keep your interest. Shooting, stealth action, racing, and online play. Also the singleplayer game length is much longer than the previous couple of PS2 Bond games and about the same length as the classic N64 bond gamesI liked the previous 1st person perspective shooters in the series and was skeptical of the change to 3rd person, but having played this game, I actually think 3rd person view is indeed better! Awesome to watch your bond character perform moves and he can even do some slick hand to hand combat moves that sometimes I just forgo my gun and run around doing some judo moves on the enemies. Great game. How can you not like a Bond game that even has the famous Jaws henchman in the game? Definitely one of my alltime favorite PS2 games, and thats saying a lot from me.
This game is the business! The singleplayer mode rocks and the multiplayer will blow you away! If you do not have this game yet, you really are missing out on **THE BEST** Bond experience on consoles ever produced!!
