Wasn’t sure how fun this would be but my son asked for it so we gave it to him for Christmas. He loves it and the younger siblings love it too!
A little hard. But i love a challenge!Love it! The conditions, brand new for a wonderful price.Love the remix.
its better to buy here on retrolio cuz at the stores there just toooooo much :) my wife loves it thank you
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter and she just loves it. Works like a real DJ. Thanks Sony. I am recommending this product.
Excellent game… you will not be able to put it down ever… easy for anyone to play but loads of fun for you and family.. and if you got a guitar hero both of you can play at the same time
for music lovers this is the best fun in practicing as professional dj scrats
I recieved this used and the tuntable was perfect. the disk looked perfect but it wouldnt load for anything. I contacted the shop and before I could blink had an extra disc coming and it was perfect. The quality overall was tha of a new set. I paid estamately $7 for a product that is around $70 in stores. Im so very hapy with the shop and I will continue to always use them. The game itself is so much fun and somewhat a challenge. I sa buy it i you are a fan of any of the music games. It puts a twist on guitar and band hero.
You don’t have to be a clubbing expert to love this game – it’s been easier to pick up for some of my friends who struggled with Guitar Hero, and it’s a ton of fun once you get into it. Takes up a lot less space in your living room, too! The music is incredibly good, and there’s a party-play mode where you can set it to just play the songs without you playing the game, which works really well. The mixes are really fun and well-executed, and you will feel extremely cool once you get the hang of the cross-fades. Great gift idea for kids (or “kids”) of all ages.
Man this game is on the same level or better than guitar hero. Most of the songs are good. The controls are off the chain. Its a good purchase.
As far as innovation…this game trumps ALL other iterations of music games out there. It is truly amazing the boundaries it pushed the PS2 to a PS3|X-Box level with game play…and as far as graphics, those of that own the “Hero” series and/or “Rockband”, we can hardly see the graphics of the background or action because we are so focused on Red, Yellow, Orange, Blue and Green??!! The graphics on the PS2 are, however, really good.So why is this game so boring?I think that after the first 3-4 songs and the carpal tunnel starts to set in…a wee bit of monotony begins. Unlike Guitar Hero, there is a restraint to your ‘expressing yourself’. That IS, unless you have a table set up so you can look like your a DJ. The mixes are SICK. I did find myself groovin’ to a few of them…but, as mentioned in the first line…monotony. Guitar Hero, Singstar, Dance Dance Revolution or Rockband…I am jumping all around the house and getting completely into it. With the DJ…I am happy I completed songs with great scores…but with little fanfare.OVERALL- This game is AWESOME. Concept, execution, innovation, effects, graphics…all crammed into one of the final releases of games for a, pretty much, defunct system. I’m a die hard PS2 owner and realize that Sony needs to push it out the way to make room for PS3…so I am definitely appreciative that Activision gave us one more ‘Hero’ concept before it said goodbye (See that RockBand??!!) to a STILL, very good gaming system. FUN- however, is ave.
