I got this game for my daughters on their birthday (5 and 7). In the past 3 days the game has already proven its value and i don’t see my daughters becoming bored with it any time soon. Some of the voice and motion commands are not as responsive as “Kinectimals” though being able to choose more than one type of animal makes up for that. Also, the girls love being able to customize their pets. All in all it’s a great game that i would recommend to anyone with children under the age of 9 or so.

I purchased the Fantastic Pets for XBox Kinect from retrolio for my grandsons to go with the XBox I was giving them for Christmas. They loved it! It kept the 5 year-old mesmerized for hours. It is rare that a product will perform as advertised, this one was much better and exceeded expectations – with totally interactive features including voice recognition. It was also very cute with participants able to custom design their pets. They could even give the pets a bath with soap, bubbles and blow it dry with a virtual hair dryer. They could teach the pet tricks and gain points by winning challenges with their pets. I highly recommend this product.
My daughter loves this game! She just got her second pet, and it’s great PF for rainy days!
This game is fun for my 6 year old, but some of it is a bit hard for him. Taking the ball from your pet and throwing it seams to be very touchy along with some of the tournaments, but he still loves that he can create his pet just the way he wants it!
Five year old son loves animals. Seems boring to me.
