The story behind this game is basically this: 50 Cent & crew go across seas to take on a bunch of terrorists and steal back what that was taken from them. Yeah…not happenin! HOWEVER…as hokey and unreal as the plot may be, it’s still hella fun shooting baddies and kickin @$$ with 50 Cent & crew! The mechanics of the game are are legit and the control is overall pretty tight. The action & game play are pretty fun…lots of cool shooting and @$$ whooping throughout. Any run of the mill shooter fan would have an enjoyable time with this game. It’s maybe not as advanced as a lot of your war shooters out there & what have you, but it’s still pretty cool, and utilizes the cover combat system, similar to that found in Gears of War, which works very well. All in all this isn’t your most advanced, mind blowing shooter, but it still is a lot of fun…definite replay value and worthy of recollecting in my opinion!
Very disappointing, especially since retrolio’s product description states there are 1-2 players offline and co-op can be played locally. Sucks. The game itself however, isn’t too bad.
So i bought bulletproof for the ps2 and played it all the way through and while it wasnt a great game i got what i wanted out of it which is to listen to 50 and play a shooter game with him as the character and that about sums up the experience, it really didnt warrant a sequal so i was surprised to hear about this. So blood on the sand came out and i was expecting it to be bad and i was going to pass on it but it got fairly good reviews so i picked it up and whoa, this is pretty fun the graphics are pretty decent although the characters dont blink. The story is cheesy but do you honestly think a game staring fiddy is going to have a great story. the gameplay is good and tight like a mix of gears and the club.
this is a classic, one of my favorite of all time.i rather play a mature shooting game cause they are raw and this is one of those games cuzz.my favorite pkart is unloccing the cheat codes and run through the game invisibkle with all the guns unlimited ammo all kind of stuff.buy this cuzz.
I was looking for a cheap 3rd person shooter to try and I had second thoughts on Blood and Sand but I bought it anyway. This game is more fun than I thought and it should receive more recognition. Basically you shoot your way through missions but its a fun ride. The story isn’t extremely deep but I didn’t have a problem with that. Fun game great price, I’ll hold onto this one for a while.
This game plays like a mixture of Uncharted, and Army of Two; with a lot of 50 Cent music from his first 3 albums embedded into the game; you can turn off the song tracks to just have the instrumental versions of the songs play instead. Also there is a grading system you get at the end of some check points that grade you by obtaining bronze, silver, and gold by getting the highest score and this is achievable by collecting posters that are sprawled on the walls of the buildings, also by shooting random targets that are discretly hidden through out the levels, and by completing certain objectives while you play the game. The highlights would be the unlockable weapons, unlockable melee moves, and taunts that are purchased by the games money system. This game would be considered an average third person shooter by many, since it is in no way a triple A title. There is noticably a lot of polish that needs to be put into this game to make it so, the voice acting can be off at times, the character animations are archiac, and the sound effects from guns can go from amazing to mediocre, also your partners AI is abysmal since he would just stand there in the middle of fire fights to the point where he’ll get in the way of you shooting at enemies, another thing to add is that there isn’t any variety of enemies at everyone would wear the same color of shirts based on the type of gun he is using, one last thing is that while the rest of the game has vibrant colors and vivid explosions, the.
Go 50th
Really haven’t played it yet but the time I did play it seems like it will be a ok game. Just have to wait and see
I heard of this game a couple of years ago, even had a chance to get it on clearence but passed it up. I wish I bought it years ago because it is very funny and ridiculous at the same time, but remains fun throughout.
Yeah it’s really better than the first 50 game. It’s just above average a small bit. You would think they would of just thrown something together but no actually they put some thought into the gameplay system. either take cover or you’re dead. At some points it can be fun with a run n gun type of style but eventually you’ll have to plan ahead. Also has extras like music/videos if you a fan of gangsterism. There were many times when you’re like wow when is this freaking game going it end since it feels like you’re about to beat the game so many times you just get fustrated. STory? sure you know what’s going on here, nothing more than a hey you stole my jewel that ol dude gave me for performing at a show so give it to me but no you have to kill bad guy type of thing……So get this game if you’re a fan and you looking for something other than the yearly FPS games
