How do your interest-free payments work?
We’ve partnered with affirm, and klarna pay overtime to give you the option of financing your $100+ purchase free of charge. You can make four biweekly payments (via debit or credit card) without any interest. As long as you make the payments on time, there won’t be any cost to you. For example, you purchase a $200 console from us. You would pay $50 every two weeks until it’s paid off. These services do require a credit check (soft pull), if you are denied from Klarna or Affirm, you can try to apply on the other.How can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP and notify us of the cancellation. The fastest way to get a response is by calling or texting our phone number. Please note that orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Upon cancellation, we can either give you a store credit or refund your card. Orders cancellation is not guaranteed and cannot be canceled once they are shipped; this is sometimes < 2 hours during the work day.
