We’ve partnered with affirm, and klarna pay overtime to give you the option of financing your $100+ purchase free of charge. You can make four biweekly payments (via debit or credit card) without any interest. As long as you make the payments on time, there won’t be any cost to you. For example, you purchase a $200 console from us. You would pay $50 every two weeks until it’s paid off. These services do require a credit check (soft pull), if you are denied from Klarna or Affirm, you can try to apply on the other.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP and notify us of the cancellation. The fastest way to get a response is by calling or texting our phone number. Please note that orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Upon cancellation, we can either give you a store credit or refund your card. Orders cancellation is not guaranteed and cannot be canceled once they are shipped; this is sometimes < 2 hours during the work day. You can track your order here. Please make sure that you input the full order number and are using the same email that you ordered the item with. If nothing comes up, and it has been longer than 48 hours since placing your order, please contact us.

We suggest you check with your family members, neighbors, your doorman (if you live in an apartment), or the carrier. If you still haven’t received the package and are unable to locate it, please contact us and we will help you with getting your item!
They may have been shipped separately. If you purchased multiple games/consoles from us and everything wasn’t in our main location at the time of your order, they would be sent separate. Even within a console bundle, the wires or controller sometimes come in separate packages. Your tracking info should show multiple packages. If you still think that you are missing items, please contact us.
We have a 121-day warranty on all products that we sell. This means that you can contact us for troubleshooting, repair, or a replacement item if you have any issues within 121 days. Our return policy for a refund is 30 days for all products. See more details here.
