At Retro vGames, we aim to deliver your retro gaming treasures quickly, securely, and affordably. Please review the following details before placing your order.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Orders placed after 7 AM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States (from our Pennsylvania warehouse)
  • Canada (from our Calgary facility with local courier partners)
  • International destinations worldwide (rates vary by region)

Shipping Rates

United States

  • Free Economy Shipping: Orders $30+ USD (5-8 business days)
  • Economy Shipping: $9.97 USD for orders under $30
  • Standard Shipping: $15.97 USD (3-4 business days)

Canada (via Calgary, AB warehouse)

Canadian orders are shipped domestically using our 3PL partner’s network (primarily Canpar, FedEx, and Canada Post for select regions). Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, box size, and destination.

Typical examples from our rate sheet:

  • Small Mailer (2 lbs, 12x8x2): ~$8-12 CAD
  • Medium Box (8-12 lbs, 10x10x10 or 12x12x12): ~$10-20 CAD
  • Large Box (30 lbs, 16x16x16): ~$15-31 CAD depending on province
  • Distant provinces (NS, NL): Higher rates ($22-53 CAD)


✔ No customs delays — shipments are local and prepaid.

✔ Tracking included with all shipments.

International (Outside U.S. & Canada)

  • Free Standard International Shipping: Orders $300+ USD (6-12 business days)
  • Flat Rate: $34.97 USD for orders under $300
  • Carriers: DHL (preferred), USPS, FedEx, or UPS
  • Duties & taxes: Responsibility of the customer

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 5-8 business days (economy), 3-4 business days (standard)
  • Canada: 6-10 business days (economy), 2-3 business days (standard)
  • International: 6-12 business days depending on destination
