Viewtiful Joe: Red Hot Rumble, known in Japan as Viewtiful Joe: Battle Carnival, is a video game for the GameCube and the PlayStation Portable. It is a slightly mission-based platform fighter/beat 'em up somewhat similar in style to Super Smash Bros. Melee and Power Stone, though it uses a modify engine from the previous games, featuring characters and powers from the Viewtiful Joe games and anime.
Plot
In this game, base on the anime series, Captain Blue is working on his latest film. And in order to determine who will get the lead role, he holds a battle tournament between those who are auditioning. However, as the player progresses through the films, it seems that some strange things are afoot, as unauthorize equipment keep showing up and things seem a bit too dangerous. Suddenly, Rachel is possess by the equipment, transforming into Tsukumo.
But he silently arranges to sabotage the picture by stealing and replacing props and putting the crew in increasingly dangerous situations. Also he is enrage that all the mechanical cameras, microphones, and other movie-making devices are never given an actual role in the very movies they help to make. But after Tsukumo is defeated, Joe explains that the equipment plays an integral part in the process, so he leaves happily. Meanwhile, Blue, decides to make Tsukumo the star of his picture, much to everyone's surprise.

And combines both with a new play style inspire by battle-centric fighting games, such as Super Smash Bros. Melee. Moreover, new and familiar characters return including Joe, Silvia, Captain Blue Junior, Sprocket, and, exclusive to the PSP, Devil May Cry's Dante to compete in versus-mode fighting. Also you can engage in Trial Mode for a number of quick mini-games. Along with a single-player story mode, Red Hot Rumble offers wireless action for up to four players. Also the title supports game sharing so other PSP owners can check out particular stages and characters from one game disc.
