I’m a huge fan of the TV show so this game was great to me, but I would not recommend if unless your a huge fan like me. The actual game play and graphics are great but the story plot and the voice actors are horrible.
i’ve been monitoring this games progress for a year and first it was supposed to come out march fifth but now it comes out in september , lets hope they stick to there deadline this time.this game is a english version of two japaneese games that called Zoids Vs. and Zoids Vs.2 both of which are amzingly great.Zoids battle legends is mainly zoids vs. but with the new zoids, upgrades, maps ,story lines, and weapons of zoids vs.2 put into english form. i guess the gameboy version will be OK but im not to interested mainly because with a game with so much potential it shouldn’t have to be doomed with the bad graphics and sound of a gameboy,(no offense to the gameboy systems but your just not good enoughg to handle this kind of game.) I can’t wait for this to come out they have zoids on this that aren’t even seen through models and the show which might I add are totaly awesome.The only downside I could posibly think of about this game is that it is only compatible with Gamecube but I guess as the game grows older they will make it availible to all the systems like they do with all the other really good games. Overall this should be the best game over all the mechanized robot action games mainly because there aren’t to many of them but it should proove somewhat good if they have been advertising this long and that the japeneese version were a really big hit in Japan.So save up and buy this as soon as possible becausre when they hit the shelves there gone in a minute to any passer byer as this happens with any new game trust me i know.

FINIALLY!!!! The first Zoids Game to hit America. It should be exactly like the japanese game Zoids Versus. I think It will awsome I was thinking when I get the money to pay my mom to pre order it here in case it was going to be a big hit and be sold out everywhere. A basic layout of the game is in mission mode you do missions on the side of the republic or empire. Versus you battle a friend and the other mode is like Gran Turismo you get money for winning battles and purchase new Zoids and/or weapons and custom parts. You can 40 or more Zoids and change the color to make different Zoids. You also get to choose any pilot on the show even from the Chiaotic Century an New Century Zero.

Well all I have to say is- It’s the best game I’ve gotten this whole-one minute now-1-2-3-weeks years now and I’ve barelly gotten half way and plus you can get like 100 different kind of zoids and still not beat the game but it’s still fun even after three weeks and if you need help just go to cheatcodes.com and get some cheat and hints to help you get along well.

I have the game although i didn’t buy it from here and it’s pretty cool it has my favorite zoid the liger zero I love tv shows that I have seen, so back to the game it gives you a wide variety of zoids to choose from and a huge cash of weapons and accessories provided you have the right money to buy the right zoid and equipment, now the game play is fairy easy but increases In difficulty rather quickly as I can attest to I haven’t gotten too far in either the battle mode or story mode but I keep trying it can sometimes push your patients don’t get me wrong I like the game a lot I wish you luck on your quest to become a zoids battle legends warrior enjoy

Really fun game i highly reccomend the game. The voice overs can sometime get pretty annoying, but te game play is really awesome. If you like zoids I highly recomend the game.
Yes I waited over a year for this to come out,it was worth the wait! My son and I enjoyed the Zoids show on Nick, I thought at the time what a great 1st person game it would make, piloting the Liger Zero eeeeee :} But I soon found out that it was only available over seas and it was a overhead view or 3rd person view, but wow what I saw of it looked good.Actualy just the promise of it being released in the US influance me to go with the gamecube platform over the rest… No Regrets there! And none with the game either. Atari allways does a great job. The only thing I realy did not care for was the charecter’s repeating the same lousy catch phrase over and over again in battle. But the battles are intense,the controls intuitive and the game replay value is there! In battle mode you win you can buy weapon’s etc. allowing you to fully customize your zoid rite down to the paint job. And If you play until you get carpaltunel, you may earn enough credits to buy the ever elusive Z plug giving your zoid special powers. Mission Mode bites and is quite tough in the upper levels but what takes away from this mode is the heavy text to read and you need to read it, as you may be asked to decide on one path or another, to help or not. That is why I gave it 4 stars for edu. value. But it did slow the game down quite a bit . Overall if you liked the Zoids show you will like the game.
