This controller is the best normal device used for the PS3 ever created. I love everything about it. Fits in hands very smoothly and evenly. The shape and structural design is perfectly symmetric. The buttons and analog sticks are placed at perfect locations making it easy and convenient to press. Extremely lightweight and easy to connect to your PS3. Problem is that you need to re-sync it to your system every time if it connects to another different system before. The battery on this lasts quite a while though. I like these controllers a lot and glad I bought the genuine SONY one.
My ps3 controller was starting to malfunction, so I decided it was time for a new one. I checked Wal-Mart and they were around 50 bucks! Same with game stores. So I checked amazon and once I saw they were sold here for much cheaper I decided to buy one. It came earlier than expected. It’s not a knock off if any of you are wondering. But beware, there is no charger cord. That wasn’t a problem for me because I already have one. But anyone buying one should know. I’ll probably but another one soon.
Nothing says Christmas for my boys like video games. Unfortunately, each year is pretty rough on their controllers, but count on Amazon to always have replacements. These are Original equipment from Sony so they are as durable as you’d expect them to be unlike many of the cheap substitutes that just don’t work for more than a week or two.

This is the perfect replacement if you are looking to add or replace. I would caution you against anything priced less than $39 however. I tried, and I got a fake one. Go for this one, and it will connect immediately, the battery lasts a long long time, and there is no delay between the command and the game as there is in the fake ones.
It works great. In better condition than expected ( I choose the used , in acceptable condition ) It came repackaged but in excellent condition. Works properly. Would purchase again. For the ps3
