Super Star Soldier TurboGrafx-16 Game
Piloting the starship Neo Caesar as the hero Starbuck, you must destroy the evil Brains to bring peace to the world once again. Super Star Soldier offers eight stages of shooting action, the first six of which culminate with a unique boss, and the last featuring all of them along with their leader, Mother Brain.
Defeating the insidious invaders requires use of lasers, homing missiles, super bombs, and the Starbuck Defense System. Power-ups in the form of crystals give your lasers added range or capabilities: red (multi-shot), blue (ring laser), green (spread laser), and yellow (swing fire). Capturing a blinking crystal earns you 5,000 extra points and a super bomb, which instantly destroys all enemies on the screen.
