Hilarious writing, top notch production values, detailed reviews- there is a good reason this is not available on YouTube. Highly recommend to anybody of any age who enjoys video games.
I’ve been watching mark talk about games for over a decade and it never get’s old. He’s endlessly entertaining and makes reviews like none other. They really tell you if it’d be a game YOU would enjoy, but regardless the reviews are always enjoyable. This new longer format is great; the viewer can really settle in, instead of the zero attention span content on youtube that you gobble and gobble and never feel satisfied with.
This show has been reinvigorated and it’s great seeing Mark branch out with this series.
I’ve been a fan of Classic Game Room since it was The Game Room and in my personal opinion, Mark’s work just keeps getting better and better.
This is CGR as it’s always been meant to be. Love the format and everything else about it. Really hope the show takes off on retrolio so we can keep getting more. Love the longer format and the honest feedback.moxed with goofiness. Can’t get this anywhere else.
It may not be understandably on YouTube anymore but I have Prime and decided to give it a shot anyways and this feels just like the classic…Lord Carnage I enjoy! Marks videos are pretty long though and man that takes some getting used to as it can feel somewhat stretched. With decent long running jokes, interesting history tid bits and well Classic Game Room’s Mark, its pretty entertaining.
New style but still classy. CGR has been around since 1999 and it continues to bring amazing video game content with it’s new 2085 brand.
One of my favorites, the best retro/modern video game show out there.
All I can say is Truxton! If you don’t laugh or at least chuckle one time during an episode you might what to check your pulse. You might be dead. Probably due to Space Bees.
I’m very interested to see where this series goes. It’s nice to see this new long format CGR-style review with the campy humor, stylized shots of games/hardware, and side discussions about things like upscaling the games. Castlevania Bloodlines is one of my favorite Genesis games, and I was a little worried that this was going to be 45 mins just talking about it, but I was pleasantly surprised by what the episode turned out to be and I also really liked the behind the scenes portion at the end. I’m looking forward to the next episode.
