It took me a lot of time to decide on which one of the Karaoke systems that I wanted to get. I wanted one that would record but I decided to get the Singtrix because I found out a way to hook my tape recorder up to it and trying now how to hook it up to my computer. The system is great and I think anyone who gets it will have lots of fun with it. The main microphone has a great sound and the Stereo Speaker system really sound great! I Love my machine and feel that if you are into music at all, you will enjoy it as much as I’m enjoying mine. Thanks for reading my review.
I purchased the Singtrix Smart Karaoke Party Bundle Stadium Edition for my husband who is a pretty good amateur bass and guitar player who struggles to carry a tune. The set up was relatively easy. Mastering the “effects” takes a bit of experimentation and time. The gift overall is a huge hit. He spends hours on evenings and weekends, playing and singing along. He’s a challenging “tuning” case for the Singtrix software but our family appreciates the result nonetheless. We broke the Singtrix out during our New Year’s Eve party this year and were told by guests that it was the best party ever. We were surprised that some of our more reticent friends volunteered to belt out a few tunes. I would suggest that if you plan on using it for a party, buy an extra microphone. Singing duets makes the system even more fun! I’ve recommended Singtrix to all of our friends. We’re planning on setting it up at our son’s high school graduation party.
We purchased this product for my children who are avid singers (one of which takes lessons and sings regularly.This product can clearly be rated a 4/5 star for most people who still buy this AFTER reading this review. It can also be a 1/2 star product if your expectations are not aligned with reality.I give this product 4/5 stars because our expectations were based on reality AND we knew Youtube existed BEFORE we purchased the system (shocker I know).THE UGLY (however this is 100% avoidable and will likely only upset if you fell victim).Many unsuspecting people will feel they need to download the Singtrix application on their smart device, since the company who made the product will likely have the best quality of songs that naturally work with the system correct? WRONG. SAVE YOUR MONEY. The application is basic enough, but you can get higher quality songs (in many different variation) by using YouTube. Just type in Karaoke (insert name of song here) and you will likely get a half dozen options, from instrumental on piano, to many times the real song with no vocal, or vocals reduced. My families favorite are the VEVO Karaoke songs on Youtube. My kids are singing their favorites from recent songs like Titanium, Dynamite, All of Me,etc. while there are literally thousands of songs for my wife and I from our generation from artist like the Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, etc.The $20 per month Singtrix asked for their music is ridiculous… and the quality / version are often boring.
I love this system! People feel like professionals when using the microphone and stand! I really like the way customer service responded when the mike stopped working. They replaced it and so far so good with the replacement. I’m having so much fun with this system. Thank you!UPDATEThis thang is still great! It is now the year 2020 and it is still performing wonderfully. I bought it in 2015! Now that coronavirus has everyone shut in I use it to have karaoke for one!
Voice modifiers/enhancers are awesome! It can even take normal tracks and dim down the vocals to turn it into a karaoke track (messes with the music sound a little, but still cool). Speaker is definitely loud. Ok, if you want to fill up an entire basketball gym, you might want to get some giant speakers, but it can definitely crank louder than the next apartment over will appreciate. Music/karaoke tracks imported via headphone jack. I would highly recommend this product.
I received my Singtrix Family Party Bundle Second Edition Karaoke Machine today. It sounds absolutely AMAZING, and all the vocal tunes you can choose from. There is nothing negative to say about this Awesome Singtrex Karaoke Machine. I am indeed, enjoying and having so much fun singing away. Love it!! This has provided hours and hours of fun at our family and friend gatherings. It is so easy to plug into a phone and find songs on YouTube. I performed for a church group in a large gym with only the speaker provided and it was plenty loud. My only complaint is that you have to turn the knob to scroll through the difference voicings, rather than punch in a number. But it’s a minor inconvenience.
LOVE IT!!! We got it today, pretty easy to put together and use. We sang for a few hours it was so much fun and really improves your voice. I sing decent so it made me sound pretty dang good. It has 300 different sound enhancements to choose from. I love that many of them are made for specific popular artists or songs. My only complaint is I bought he most expensive version, the party bundle and it only comes with one microphone. I think the family pack comes with 2 and its a cheaper package. Doesn’t make much sense. I will be ordering a 2nd mic but disappointed that it wasn’t included. So far everything works wonderfully though. I will update if anything fails in the near future. But in my opinion this is the best karaoke system you are going to find without getting into really big bucks for professional equip. Oh and like most others we just used the karaoke videos on you tube with my Galaxy note and my sons ipad. Don’t even need anything else.
Omigod! I come from a Filipino family and we live off of Karaoke. I have to say this machine was a lot of family fun! The men enjoyed it more. My caucasian boyfriend was auto-tuned Filipino. Jk! Seriously though, it was plug and play and easy to combine with our TV and receiver. Probably better than any Korean Karaoke machine on the market. I liked how it is an open system. Now, I need a second mic.
This was a great purchase. My family and I love Karaoke. We live in Japan and make regular visits to Karaoke bars for fun. Well, we did, until COVID came along and all the Karaoke bars closed. This machine saved our family fun nights. Here’s an honest review.This little machine does not reach the volume levels of going out to a Karaoke bar, but it does have enough sound for a livingroom family party. The sound quality of the machine is great, but the speaker is a bit small. I would prefer a larger speaker with a bit more sound. The overall sound quality is better than acceptable as is. The great news is that the speaker is easily upgradable by using any PA speaker system. The golden egg is the small device that mixes the music with the voices. That unit alone would make this worth the purchase. The sound effects are excellent and endless. Way more than I will ever use. Just find some favorites and you’re ready to sing. You can also upgrade the microphones to wireless if you want. I am content for the time being to use the system as is with an additional microphone.We have a media PC on our TV. We use the audio out from that PC for the Karaoke music source. Then we can stream Karaoke songs on youtube right on the big screen, or play some that we have purchased from other vendors. The possibilities are endless that way. I am very happy with this purchase.Pros: Great voice effects, upgradable, endless music source possibilities, decent sound.Cons: Not very loud.
