I have most – if not all – of the Scooby games for the PS2. I enjoyed First Frights, and was looking forward to Spooky Swamp when I found out about it. For the most part, I’m enjoying the game, but I have a few MINOR issues with it.1. The save feature is strange. You can save pretty much anywhere, but when you start the game back up, you start back at the clubhouse. Getting to where you saved, means going through all the areas you already cleared. For the most part, they’re still cleared, but you have to go all the way through them again. On the plus side, many of the Scooby Snacks are available again.2. Collecting Scooby Snacks is easy, but almost useless. You can use them to buy costumes, but unlike First Frights, the costumes don’t seem to be anything but decoration.3. The double jump is gone. Just a minor annoyance, but I find myself trying it all the time by reflex.4. Ground pounding is far more difficult than it used to be. Its needed in a couple parts of the game, and it’s harder to activate than it used to be.
