The people who refurbished the cartridge did not delete the previous users profile so when I first loaded it, it had their chosen player name, and showed their stats, but I started my own profile, saved, turned off the gameboy, back on, loaded, all seamlessly. Just like a brand new cart. Only reason I’m not doing 5 star is of course they did not erase previous owners profile, and there are some EXTREMELY minor scratches in the sticker. Not enough to really notice, unless you are into extreme detail and are looking for something that is in mint condition, N.I.B. status
Came fast, saves like it should, and the original sticker is in impeccable condition. Wish it was cheaper though. I bought a renewed Pokemon Silver for $30, so why Red is $50, I don’t know.
