Nintendo Gamecube Wavebird Wireless Controller
I bet the more reviews you read the more confused you are! I don’t know what to say… this item works flawlessly and was nothing to get to work, everytime I turn it on there is no problem whatsoever… I have read reviews that it doesn’t work well with 2 players with this controller and that I cannot comment on b/c I always have the other player use a wireless controller so I don’t really know… I think it is well worth the price for this item unless you don’t play your gamecube/wii much or don’t care about having wires all over the place!
No need for wires ever again on the Gamecube/Wii/Wiiu. This was exactly what i was looking for
I have no complaints about this controller. I love that it’s silver (it’s become my default controller because of it), and it works really well. I haven’t had any problems with any of the keys or joysticks, and it’s energy efficient so the batteries last for a really long time as long as you make sure you turn it off after playing.
Love it. I personally think that this remote is better than the Wii remote because the Wii remote needs a direct path to the sensor, as the wavebird does not. It works from a pretty far length too, you can be across the room maybe even in a another room and still play. I highly recommend.

The WaveBird brand of wireless GameCube controllers were ahead of their time. All these years later, they’re become sort of a rare find. So they are typically pricy, but I think it’s worth it because they work so well.
Works great, and was delivered quickly.
The Wavebird Controllers do a great job! No more wires for the kids or me to step on and knock over the game system. They work on radio frequency so it doesn’t have to be pointed at the game system for them to be read like the some remotes and their range is pretty far. (You can control your game from the other room so if you have a tendency to take the remote with you into the kitchen for instance, you may be pressing buttons when you set it down to get a snack and come back to realize your game has been unpaused and some other selections have been made.) You need both the controller and a dongle that plugs into the gamecube or Wii plug spot. If you put two AA rechargeable batteries in them, it will last you a long time (based on how much you use it or if you forget to turn off the controller.)

Although it does not have rumble, there’s no other way I would prefer to play Gamecube. Wireless is the way of the future!

It’s a GameCube controller that’s wireless! It works perfectly with the Wii for various version of Mario Kart. It’s just as responsive as a wired controller, but without the wires. It is also a lot heavier with the radio and batteries, but I actually find it feels nice and substantial in my big hands. I am going to get two more to have a complete set for the Wii or GCN. Not having wires makes life so much easier!
Fulfills needs perfectly! Nothing is better than this product at the moment. Highly recommended to anyone its low price as well!
