When you pick this game up in a store or look at it on the internet you have a good chance at falling in love with it. The rap in the game helps make it feel more like an urban style game. I think it is cool how Xzhibit is in the game. Also there are a ton of unlockabales in this game. One unlockable is team Xzhibit and the NFL Legends. You can also play as the NFC and AFC division allstars in this. It is great if you ask me. If you pick up one game this month pick up NFL Street 2.
i bought this game for my son, he had it before and played it so much he broke (actually broke, like cracked) the game, so we ordered this one to replace it. he asked every single day if it had come in the mail yet. we gave it to him for christmas. he loves it so much, because you play for “style points”. he plays it all the time. he’s 12.
There’s a reason this game (2004) is $45 dollars and NFL STREET 3 (2006) is $17. One is garbage, the other will have you and up to 4 friends having fun for as long as you own it.

As far as gameplay is concerned, NFL Street hasn’t changed much over the past 11 months. All the fundamentals, including the style moves, simplified playbooks, and gamebreakers, are back again just as they were before. The biggest change comes in the form of wall moves. These are basically stylish jukes and jumps that can be performed simply by pressing the style-move button and the corresponding juke or jump button while running near a wall. Wall jukes give you a little more spin or bounce as you move past a defender, and wall jumps simply let you leap over the defense. There are also a series of hotspots set across each of the game’s stages, where, by performing wall jumps and jukes specifically into them, you’ll get a humongous style-point bonus. However, if the defense gets to you first and tackles you into one of these hotspots, they’ll get their own bonus.

I’m not really sure how to approach this review because it really depends on the gamers perspective on what they like about a game and the potential the game can have for their experience. as a longtime and current gamer, this football game: NFL Street 2 has taken it to a WHOLE NOTHER LEVEL for me. this game is truly astonishing. although the graphics may be a lil off based on today’s current consoles and video graphics, this game is still THE COOLEST GAME I’VE EVER PLAYED! there are a lot of things the player can do in this game, you can run on walls to avoid being tackled, you can juke off of walls to evade a lonely defender and gain extra yardage, you can bounce off of walls to receive or intercept balls in mid flight.heck you can even lunge off of the wall to throw the ball to your receiver to make the game winning touchdown. the game also features some mini games that are fun and exciting when wanting a challenge from the CPU or from your buddies. it also has a career mode were you and your Favorite NFL team have to move up the ladder to face the big Dogs known as the NFL Legends and it also has a TAKE OVER THE CITY mode were you must create a team from scratch and build their stats to face top dogs of each town that is to be taken over by you and your squad. this game also has a lot of unlockables to achieve throughout the game as you progress in different modes. this game overall is amazing and fun to play. if you haven’t played this game yet then you need to get it ri.
