Bought this a few years back because I wanted to basically relive my childhood. Wanted to get another crack at those arcade games I used to play as a kid. This game was a lot of fun. Didnt disappoint

I JUST GOT TO SAY THAT THIS IS THE BEST COLLECTION OF GAMES IN ONE UMD DISC. MOST OF THE TIME I SPEND PLAYING MORTAL KOMBAT 1 & 2, THEY ARE SO ADDICTING TO ME, MK3 WAS NOT THAT OF A BIG HIT FOR ME. OTHER GAMES I ENJOY ARE RAMPAGE, & GAUNTLET. I PLAY THIS MORE THAN ANY OF MY OTHER GREAT GAMES LIKE CASTLEVANIA, FIFA 08, DAXTER. JUST GET THIS GAME AND YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH, JUST TRUST ME!
I really cannot review the product. I bought it for someone else, and it was the wrong product. My I should have returned it.
This is a decent collection of old school arcade classics. If you have the playstation 2, then these are just cherry picked titles from Midway Arcade Treasures 1 and 2. There is nothing new on the psp that is not on those two titles. This is a nice sampling of Midway titles from the era. The transition is pretty smooth, though the wide screen does seem to distort a few of the games. No widescreen arcade games back in the 80’s. The play is simple and fun for passing some time. You can’t save, so for the most part you will just play a quick game or two. I think this and Capcom are pretty good collections for the psp.
For anyone who remembers such great games as Joust, Rampage, or even Gauntlet, this complilation is not only extremely entertaining but reminiscent as well.
