This game is without a doubt the best Metroid game ever. Besides the disgusting aliens you have to deal with in every Metroid game you must also deal with six other bounty hunters who can be tricky to defeat. On the plus side: New bounty hunters that are way cooler then Samus, A interesting story, Nice music, killer graphics, different weapons to help mix things up.On the down side: After beating the story from start to finish two or three times it starts to get boring, lack of diversity in the bosses, enemies pop up at inconveniant times, one or two slight loop holes in the plot, some reguler bosses are harder then the final boss. This game is very fun. The controls take a little getting used to and the game can get boring in some places. However the mysterious plot and awsome bounty hunters make up for it. I hope Sylux and Trace are in Metroid Prime 3
I rate this the best game for the Nintendo DS so far! With awesome story mode anyone from 10 and up can beat it. Takes time but it is worth to unlock the secret characters for use in multiplayer. Just be careful of people talking with foul language before and after the match.
There’s nothing like getting on to some sweet multiplayer right before bed, and staying up all night playing it. The game gives a kickstart in the single player mode with the levels being much longer than I expected (I’m not sure if it’s like that in the other games since I’ve never played those before). I still wish that for the Wi-fi that they set up more of a lobby-like thing with servers or something, instead of having to wait forever for Nintendo to find you 3 other guys.I really like all the bounty hunters and there sweet moves. The levels have a beautiful design and they have a wide variety of them, and the graphics are PHENOMINAL. If you got the DS early on and played the demo, you would’ve saw how good the graphics are. These seem even better. They don’t exactly explain somethings well enough, like I’m still clueless on how to check your Wi-Fi ratings in game. And it says you can use a mic, but i have no idea how to do it, since I can’t find a single thing in the booklet.Overall, this is an excellent game, much better than I expected. If you are in the mood for a good shooter with excellent multiplayer (other than the few complaints that I listed), this game is a MUST BUY. Have fun!
I got this game and played it immedeatly. Here are the controls:Stylus Mode:A, B, Y, or X=jumpR=boost in morph ballL=shoot/drop bombAnd u use the stylus for everything else.D-pad=MoveDual Mode:A, B, Y, X= Look aroundL=shoot/drop bombR=jump/boostD-pad=moveThere are also left variations that I won’t write. The single player… needs fixing. The bosses are pretty cheap also. I love the multiplayer. I have tracked my stats on wifi.com and I already have 7 rivals. I need some friends so i can voice chat though. Look for my other reviews.

I wasn’t much of a Metroid gamer until this one came along. Now I decided to get back brand new. I’m not getting rid of it this time.
Given as Christmas gift to grandson. He was excited to recieve it and is really enjoying playing the game. Money well spent.
I love metroid.
This game is fun on wi-fi. It is also fun in the main game but a little bit hard.
I like this game, but after a while it can give me a very large cramp in my hand if I’m not careful. The best control scheme to me is Dual hand right. It is much simpler that the other ones. But this is a pretty good game with fun multi-player.
