This is a great fighting game and especially great if you’re a Godzilla fan, which I am. This game features several monsters from the Godzilla universe and decent fighting mechanics. Great game, I recommend it to anyone looking for a Godzilla fighting game.
First I must say that I am a huge fan of Godzilla, and when I heard that this game was out, I immediatley bought it, even though I didn’t have a GameCube console, lol. Well, after I got the GameCube, I was absolutely amazed at the awesome graphics and animation of this game!! The monsters are fleshed out in great detail, and they’re roars and cries are exactly as they are in the movies. Another great thing about this game is the scenery and graphics, from helicoptors shooting missles at you, debris flying from the crashing buildings, to spotlights and explosions, this game has it all. A fast-paced and exciting music score really gets you into the game, realistic sound effects, like breaking glass and the rumbling of the monsters footsteps make you feel as if you are right in the middle of the heated battle! This really is a great game to get folks, if you love having an all out slug-fest with your friends, or just duking it out to "Save the world from aliens". You definetaly won’t regret buying this!!
AWESOME! Killer game with old school arcade flow. Quaranteed good time. Think MK and Primal rage with Godzilla twist.

Godzilla Destroy All Monsters Melee isn’t an excellent game but it is definitely great on the fun level. The graphics could have been a little better but the monsters(especially Godzilla 90’s) kick buddy. There is everything from fist-flying action to building burnind laser and fire beams. The game is not just a simple kiddy game, it is a lot more difficult game then I thought it would be.(For those who play it look out for Mechagodzilla & Destroyah). Overall the game is great fun.
This game rocks! You get to be Godzilla!(or one of his enemies) How fun is that? U r a couple stories tall and u fight other monsters as big as u while the tiny humans try to stop u. Its very fun to step on an army tank and watch it blow up under your foot. Or the Helicopters! Its kinda Like Super Smash Bros Melee only Godzilla Style! I myself though that the old movies looked dumb and the monsters were retarted. But this game gives them a 2000 look. U can play as Godzilla 90s and Godzilla 2000(as well as other monsters). The only differences between the two are the color of the spikes on their backs (blue/Pink) and the color of the radioactive “beam” (blue/orange). One of the modes is destruction where u and another player try to destroy more of the city. pretty cool. And like most game like this u have to unlock levels and monsters(i think u start with 3) but that makes it more interesting. Sure the plot isn’t really good but hey who cares? People will either like this or hate it, i don’t u can be a fence-sitter.
