The controls work exactly how you’d expect them to and it’s got all the games I was hoping for (there are already several pictures posted listing all the games pre-installed so I won’t include them here). I was worried that the battery would be a failure point but it’s a standard BL-5C so grabbing replacements is a cinch (2 for $9 on retrolio!). The games I’ve tried played exactly how I remember and I was exactly as bad at them as I remember. For how cheap this is, it’ll be a great addition to the old-school video poker games laying around the house.
I liked that it came with 400 games and it’s so fun but what I did not like so much was it was not charged before it came but overall I would rate this a 5 star
This is a very nostalgic handheld that is awesome because it uses internal rechargeable battery instead of AA batteries, so you get long run time and is simple to recharge when you run low on juice. Having the vast library of classic NES games from the Nintendo original entertainment system, makes it really fun to play in a very simple setting. The handheld a smaller to fit in your pocket so it is nice to be able to travel with. Controller that included is nice because for two players simultaneous games, you can turn that control over to someone else and they are able to play along.
This gaming set is a ton of fun with a lot of games. It can be played on a TV screen or handheld. There are so many games to choose from and they run smoothly without a hint of lag. The buttons are precise for a fun gameplay experience.
Really fun! there are games that are from NES SNES and arcade! Also some fun custom ROMS. The sound can get nice & loud without distortion, nice & clear. The color seemed slightly off, would be nice if there was a way to adjust the red/green balance. The games run flawlessly. The little controller that came with works nicely, played a few different 2 player games with it. The game titles are confusing at times, likely due to it being also in Chinese on this machine. Maybe rough translation? It’s overall really fun & well made. I ended up buying 2 (1 for each boy 🙃)
This product brings back so much nostalgia! Been playing the device for a couple weeks now. I have been very pleased with it. The device does not have the ability to save your progress, but I knew that when I bought the product so no star deductions for that. The graphics are spot on. The battery charge is notable and lasting. I have not tried the second controller/multiplayer option.Cons: Not sure if this is a product wide issue, or just mu device. The USB cables to connect to a TV do not work.
Great hand held game with 400 games. I really like it and that you can hook it up to your tv. I just wish you save your progress in a game not have to start all over. That’s the only thing I don’t like about it.
Bought this for my kids and they love all the games and how you can play 2 player on the big screen. We purchased an RCA AV extension cable and with that it we could play on our big TV. Awesome for the price.
I liked everything. Overall it was really good.
I bought this for my son to use, and it is exactly like pictured. All the classic retro games. Really great bang for your buck. My son loves that there are familiar game characters: Mario, spiderman, pacman and much more. Comes with controller to use with tv, Charging cord and tv cords to play on the big screen. Great to take on the go. Even adults can play it, so its a win win!
