My daughter received this for Christmas and it was all we could do to get her to do anything else. She is also heavyly involved with the Trading Cards and enjoys going to the web site, but having the game on the DS was icing on the cake!
My 9 year old just loves this game
I bought this game used for my 8-year-old daughter who loves fairies and magic and all the imaginary things. She read a Bella Sara book at the school library which had an ad for the game on the last page, and asked for it for Christmas.I could only find used games, and the one I bought was $50. It was more than I would usually pay for kids’ games, but I think it was worth it in the end. She loves it and plays with it more often than any other games she has. It keeps her entertained for hours on trips. And of course there is no material that parents would be concerned about. I would recommend it to other girls like her.

I bought the game for my daughter who is really into horses right now. Bella Sara is her favorite on-line game, and now she can take it with her wherever she goes! She was really excited about the card that came with the game because it gave her access to a new horse on her on-line game. The graphics are so real! Very detailed and beautiful! All in all, it was her favorite Christmas gift!

This is a great horse game for the DS whether you’re into the Bella Sara website or not. I grew up during the pokemon card craze so having a game where you collect cards was a nice throw back to my younger days. It took me just under a week to complete all the challenges and find all the cards. The cards represent beautiful artwork. There are three different trails with different challenges for each and then there are three different jump courses that you can ride multiple times to collect all the cards. You get 6 different magical horses to ride, the 6th being a winged horse you get after completing all the challenges. Who wouldn’t want to play a horse game where you get to ride a winged horse?However there are cons. The graphics are sub par. The cards look great, but the actual horses you ride look like they’re poorly molded from clay. Not much detail was paid to how the game horses look. Also the horse tires too fast in my opinion. After it gets tired, you have to go through the grooming, feeding, cleaning the stall, and petting routine all over again. This gets tiring and repetitive, especially when you have six horses. A third complaint is that you get the flying horse too late in the game to do much with it. The challenges are all complete. I used the horse to go through the jump courses again and collect cards and I suppose this is what you’re supposed to do, but I would like to see some challenges designated just for that horse as some of the other challenges are.Over.
