Better locomotion moves, better receiver moves. More realistic. Best Madden yet. If you already played Madden 10 don’t expect major improvements. Some people complain about that, but how much can you improve on a football game after 20 years ? I would not complain if Madden 11 had a lower suggested price but if you sold your old Madden 10 and got the $20 credit to buy another video game then the upgrade would seem more reasonable.
I have played the Madden series for quite awhile now. I can say this is the best one yet. I havent played it much yet obviously, but there are some things I really like so far. “User” picks are much easier now. It used to be that every time you try to make a user pick it would just deflect off the defender 8 times out of 10. I played 3 games so far and have had 3 user picks. Another thing I like is the gameflow option. Im sure some people dont like this and bash the game because of it, but I like it. Sometimes it selects some random and rather dumb plays but for the most part it picks the right play in the right situation. As a somewhat experienced Madden player though, you still will want to pick some of your own plays quite a bit. The game is the most lifelike that it has ever been and while I am not completely amazed by the game as I have been playing it for years and knew somewhat what to expect, I am still impressed.

Not a huge football fan, but the sport is fun. Bought this game not having played a football video game since N64 first came out. Does what its suppose to do, lotta fun!
A start game with a tutorial for a senior citizen to learn & play.
The game is fun. The new game flow feature works well and if you don’t care for it don’t use it. This game always is a catch 22. If they change anything people get mad and if EA doesn’t people complain it’s just a roster update. I like it a lot and look forward to playing with people I know online. If you aren’t sure you can try the demo off PSN or XBLA. If you like that you’ll like the game.Who Dat! Two Dat!
I played the demo of Madden 12… and it was really dissapointing, the camera angles at kickoff suck and make the game laggy when it switches to your view, lots of laggy issues… graphics were the same to my eyes… the only thing I wish I could have is the improved franchise mode and updated rosters. even the new updates to defense didnt seem all that great to me.
Once you get a feel for the controls this game is a blast. Personally i turn off the auto play calling, and i dont use the accelerated clock. SO far this game is a lot of fun.
